As you mouse-drag the composition, as indicated by the magenta-colored vertical-line within the top diagram, the respective energy positions of the G-, X-, and L-point conduction band valleys change accordingly.
The lowest energy of the three conduction band valleys defines the conduction band edge E_c in the energy-band diagram (lower-right).
